So, I gave this a few more tries, to see if I could get 7 or more simultaneous lines, and on this particular attempt, after I cleared a line, one of the individual blocks that was part of an already-placed piece on the left just vanished, even though it shouldn't have.

I noticed this when I saw shortly afterwards that the square I had placed earlier had a gap below it, and I didn't remember leaving a gap there, so I then stopped the recording and played it back to see exactly when that block vanished, and it occurred when I cleared the line at 0:55.

So, I figured this disappearing block glitch was interesting enough to warrant uploading a video of.

(BTW, at the very beginning of the video, I did a couple of quick restarts, since I didn't like my opening pieces there, and then did another quick restart when I failed to properly place a J-block at 0:19. You can quit the game at any time by pressing Esc, and then just start another new game immediately, so it's handy for quick and easy mulligans.)
