Symtoms : sound is garbled.Audio circuitry is made of two AY-3-8910 sound generator.Probing them revealed no clock signal on PIN22 of both (signal is shared).Traced it back to PIN 9 of a 7474 @3E.

Fix : replaced bad 7474 @3E .
