What is best and what is possible in designing the setting for an RPG game? Too often the character's take primacy when discussing whether an RPG is "good" or not but isn't the world the game is set in just as or more important? And why are so many RPGs set in a repetitive Western Europe setting? Please let me know your thoughts in the comments what setting you want to see in an upcoming fantasy game and how important setting is to an RPG.
