With the new TMNT movie coming out this weekend (well, yesterday by the time this gets published on YouTube), I decided to check out the TMNT card game from 2004. Overall it's not too bad of a game, though not one I'd rush out and pick up a bunch of booster packs for right away.

As a quick note, there are a couple of instances where I mix up a couple of the early phases of a turn, namely the Adjust and Set phases. For the record, the Adjust phase has you put your hand up to or down to five cards, then you draw one, then you draw one card for each empty space in your Block Zone. The Set Phase has you shift your Block Zone cards to the left, then fill in the empty spots with cards in your hand.

I kept thinking the drawing in the second half of the Adjust Phase was actually part of the Set Phase, hence why when we get to Part 3: Game Flow that I had Player 1 draw a card during the Set Phase. Player 1 skips the Adjust Phase where that card draw should have occured, so I noted at that point in the video that I messed up and Player 1 should NOT have drawn that card on his first turn.
