This one really isn't a review perse, but basically I talk about an event I took part in at GenCon in 2012 called the Mega Man Mega Awesome Challenge. It was the second year I took part and basically it's the organizers of the event (Nexus Gaming Alliance) throwing out random challenges for the classic Mega Man games, from speed runs to pacifist challenges. However, while the event was mostly fun, it wasn't that organized.

For instance, one situation basically had us starting with 100 points for the round and getting docked a point every time something dealing with fire damaged us in Heat Man's stage...except the only fire-based enemy or trap in Heat Man's stage is the instant death lava. That's when the organizer realized he meant Fire Man's stage. Or how about a speed run through Centaur Man's stage where the organizer forgets to start the timer for someone, so they basically got a redo for the first part of the stage? It was fun, but after last year and realizing just how unorganized NGA was, I don't plan to partake in any of their tournaments in the future.
