At the title screen hold "Left"+"L"+"X" and press "Start" on the "Options" option. Select your game Seed, toggle immunity, Infinite ammo, infinite grenades, infinite dog tags, infinite continues and browse the game credits. My advice: Don't use any of this until you properly complete the game!
