The guys train their teams, but in a Nuzlocke even training is risky. "When your Pokemon solve the existential crisis in a life of suffering." - Jason, 2018.
Below Pro POKEMON NUZLOCKE RULES:
1. Any Pokemon that faints is considered dead, and they must be released.
2. You can only attempt to catch the first Pokemon in any new area. If a duplicate is encountered, you may try to catch the next one. If you kill or fail to catch a new Pokemon, you may not attempt to catch another in the new area.
3. Give a nickname to every Pokemon you catch. If you accidentally skip the nicknaming process, you may not use the Pokemon until you are able to give it a nickname.
4. If a shiny or legendary Pokemon is encountered, you may attempt to catch it regardless if it’s not the first Pokemon in the current area.
5. No using the Dex Nav.
6. No using EXP. Share.
7. Towns count as a different area. So, if you can catch a Pokemon there, you may do so.
8. Players may accept Pokemon given to them freely by NPCs.
9. No using the Dowsing Machine.
10. No using the Daycare.
