There's lots of information out on the internet that says if you are using a newer 2000 series or even better yet one of the new 3000 series Nvidia cards that you should be using NVENC to encode your stream...but what if you also have a really high CPU that would allow you to crank up the quality?

I wanted to find out and run my own tests to see which would work better for me and thought maybe it was worth sharing.
