NVIDIA driver 511.23 introduced support for the new technology DLDSR (Deep Learning Dynamic Super Resolution), an AI-powered enhancement of NVIDIA DSR, which renders a game at higher resolution before shrinking the result to the resolution of the monitor. This method should improve image quality by enhancing detail, smoothing edges, and reducing shimmering. According to NVIDIA DLDSR works in most games on GeForce RTX GPUs. So I decided to test DLDSR in three games - Fortnite, Valorant and Overwatch, using 1080p resolution as a base, 2.25x DL with 33% and 100% smoothness and compared them to native 2800 x 1620 resolution. I will leave the comments to you. Please feel free to share your experience with this technology in the comments below. Why I didn't waste more time to test more games you will probably guess from the results.
IMPORTANT: There is one mistake in the video - I have tested 2.25x and not 2.5x as it is written in the video.
System Specification:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
