There is no need for a 35 minute tutorial on how to gain FPS in cold war. Switching the game to run on DirectX 11 will be the largest FPS gain you can make. The game runs awful under DirectX 12.

Ray Tracing in multiplayer is practically useless, it causes massive amounts of FPS drain with little return in visual appearance. Disable it.

Nvidia DLSS uses AI to provide a quicker rendered image which results in more frames this however can provide a lesser quality image with substantial FPS gains.
