Nvidia's pascal GPU is taped out and ready for a 2016 launch on a 16nm finfet process.

From what has been revealed of Nvidia's new graphics card, Pascal will run on high bandwidth memory 2, on a 4096 bit interface and put out over 1TB/s of bandwidth.

The top end pascal chip, GP100 will directly succeed the GM200 powering the current high end cards such as the Geforce GTX 980 ti and will be fully directx 12.1 compliant.
