So at the end of a longsword class at the Dublin HEMA Club, I got to do sparring for the second time... against my instructor, naturally... But hey, it feels nice to upload something, and have that be something different. So here's a quick nylon longsword match against the Dublin HEMA Club's instructor Neil O'Brien.

This was my second time sparring in the club, and there was quite a lot of doubles in this fight. It's still better than my first time, and I'm quite happy with how I did, considering how Neil has been an instructor for years.
So yes, before you point out errors in my form and everything, I know about them. Chicken wings, focusing too much on my opponent's sword and not knowing how to deal with High Guard. That's a guard I haven't learned how to deal with yet. I just stuck with what I knew for this fight, and it was a really fun match!
