How to install/put the cfg on Keymapper for Andy :
1. Access the directory by press Start button and %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Andy\Keymapper\
2. Copy and paste the .cfg into the directory that has been opened.

To create own Key config you may get Aurora or just edit any other .cfg by your own while refer guiding through Aurora app.
