Ran a few tweaks in the Oblivion.ini file based on TweakGuides's recommendations, tested visual quality and performance. Runs perfect without recording, an unfortunate high teens-low 20s in most cases while recording. Most of the stutter is from a variable concerning forcing hard drive caching, this has since been disabled. (I think this was the case in the final clip.)

I've decided after this, despite deciding prior to not do this, to change the LP/playthrough to 1600x900(800x450) and upscale to 854x480 as a result of significantly better recording performance. Unfortunately that means longer render times due to resizing.
