OBSERVER in VR! + GUIDE! (This looks INCREDIBLE in VR!) | Oculus | GTX 1060 (6GB)
52PLEASE NOTE: At the time of this video VR was working fine, however the devs are looking to patch the game which could break VR. - Just be warned!
VR WORKING GUIDE:
1.Go to game installation folder – if using steam just right click the game title in your library and choose properties, then local files tab then click browse local files.
2.Right click the TheObserverSub application in the installation folder that just opened
3.Select – Send to desktop. (OR Add a shortcut and drag that shortcut to your Desktop)
4.On your desktop right click the newly formed shortcut then select properties from the dropdown list
5.On the shortcut tab where it says “target” in this box there is the launch pathway, so after the last( ” ) leave a space then type -vr (it won’t work if you don’t leave a space). Mine looks like this “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Observer\TheObserverSub.exe” -vr
6.Hit apply
7.Launch game from this shortcut.
POTENTIAL FIX TO STOP THE GAME UPDATING:
1. Right click on the game in Steam.
2. Goto Properties.
3. Click 'Local Files, browse , click browse local files.
4. Right click on 'TheObserverSub'
5. Select Properties.
5. Tick 'Read Only' and Apply.
