You need to catch a fish of every kind for the trophy / achievement Fish Sticks. I had tried many, many times before I finally made it. It's a lot about luck, but do see I change the rod the opposite way every time they do. It's best done after everything else, or at least when you got max health. You can only catch it in Arcadian Ruins.
