OCPL Recruitment 2022: Odisha Coal and Power Limited (OCPL) is a State PSU of Govt. of Odisha and a Joint Venture Company of Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited(OPGC) and Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited (OHPC). OCPL is hiring eligible Indian Citizens for the post of Head of Mines, Asst. Manager (Survey), Asst. Manager (Chemistry), Asst. Manager (Finance) and Office Assistant (Accounts). There are 06 vacancies for the given posts. The Applicant will demonstrate characteristics of a leader who is determined, articulate, achievement & results-oriented, and persuasive. He/ She should be able to build a high-performance team & work culture. The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 21 years. The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 177500.

For Head of Mines- The maximum age limit is 52 years.

For Office Assistant (Accounts)- The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Qualification for OCPL Recruitment 2022:
For Head of Mines- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree/Engineering Degree in Mining with a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Coal Candidate having a First Class Career throughout academics and having Higher qualifications in the relevant field will be preferred.
Desirable- Knowledge of Coal Mine Planning & Scheduling, Project implementation, Operation & Maintenance of large opencast Coal Mine through departmental and outsourcing modes of operation, Mines economics, Land & Revenue, Environment, General Management, and associated activities of coal mine development and operation etc.
For Asst. Manager (Survey)- The candidate must have a Diploma in Mines Survey/ Mining Engineering from an AICTE recognized Institute with a Survey Certificate of Competency in Mining Survey from DGMS. Candidates having First Class Career throughout academics and having Higher qualifications in relevant fields will be preferred.
Pay scale for OCPL Recruitment 2022:
For Head of Mines, Asst. Manager (Survey), Asst. Manager (Chemistry) and Asst. Manager (Finance)- Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500.
For Office Assistant (Accounts)- Rs. 26400 to Rs. 83600.
