If you still need to farm Glossom but don't have Primrose, this may be a viable strategy. Team composition and loadout at the end.

Primrose is superb against Glossom because she hits very hard, shaves a lot of shields and debuffs with her AoE.

Nonetheless, if you still don't have her, this might be an option you can adapt
