Octopath Traveler 2: Hikari Final Boss
0You thought the other final bosses were hard well say hi to Mugen.
King Mugen has 80,000 HP and honestly he isn't too bad outside of being able to inflict terror on your party members. Really you'll be fine if you respect his damage output... but while many of the other bosses would end here this fight is just beginning.
Shadow Hikari only has 25,000 HP but you have to fight him with just Hikari. My advice is stock up BP then unleash Hienka followed by Brand blade.
Enshrouded king is a different beast entirely. With 96,000 HP that brings the total boss health to 201,000 Over double that of Vide Kladena and even higher than some of the level 50 monster bosses. He will telegraphs the attacks he's going to use depending on which weapons glow... doing this also locks off his weaknesses and his dagger is able to damage your HP, SP, and even BP, brimstone arrow is also super scary and the daze and terror is back in full force.
Agnea is your best friend here as her tempest spell gives you priority for next turn... this will save your life because when he starts getting 4 actions a turn and glowing all of his weapons you need to break him or you will die. I don't blame you if you want to use power of capitalism but it's not even a win button in this fight because he's so tanky.
