This video shows off the bosses assuming you selected each character as your main protagonist. However, unlike octopath traveler 1 every other party members first chapter (or chapters in Osvalds Case) will be flashbacks meaning you're using the scripted party members. That's fine as this game has a lot more going on in terms of narrative and you won't just cheese out the last couple bosses for the chapter (like what happened with Octopath 1 far too often)

A much better balance of human and monster bosses in this game than in the first where it was just fight a bunch of dudes and then a snake and one real monster boss. I don't know where the secret bosses are located in the demo (yet) but given how the Octopath 1 demo had Monarch and Heavenwing I'm expecting it'll be hidden somewhere .

Now if I was to go from easiest chapter boss to hardest it would be:
Pirro, Giff, Doron and Veron, Captain Ritsu, Dark Entity, Felvarg, Duorduor, and Warden Davids would be the hardest in my opinion.

Also I just wanna take a moment to say good lord that direct was amazing.
