Octopath Traveler II: I have some questions.
0The dice have decided! From one healer character to another, its time to get the cleric Temenos. Before we meet him though, going to do the usual and procrastinate by exploring the other continent and trying to do some side quests.
Also, since I got a second party member that means I can take some risks and go to a higher-level area and end up finding the hunter's guild... which is easy to find since it's on the radar, but I'll timestamp a bit near it just in case... also this does (un)fortunately mean I will be wasting more time trying to find the other guilds.
Back to exploring I do run into some lizardmen in a sewer above my level and get... constantly wrecked. I will get revenge pretty easily one day... I mean I got 11 more videos already by the time I'm typing this and I'm waaaay over leveled, just kind of neglected this area.
Next during the side-tracking exploration, I get a quest to deal with some ruffians. It's got a pretty good enemy to capture, well for a certain fight in the future.
Then the scholar's guild... also found the shrine but I'll stamp that once I actually use it for the scholar later.... if I remember. Ochette gets the scholar secondary for now, I love analyze... wish it kept the enemy health listed after using it.
Not done yet with the exploring, thinking its just a side quest I come across the Inventor job with a fun gimmick of giving the npc specific items to invent things that can then be used as skills in battle. Was not expecting any kind of "super job" this early on, guess exploring does pay off.
Finally, I get to the town with the Temenos and start his chapter. The start did catch me off guard for a moment, but it was pretty amusing and then the chapter itself progressed and I really enjoyed how his story played out.
