Finally! Runtime 1.3 is out and ready for the masses to download! First things first of course to ensuring a flawless installation. If you have any trouble during the process please refer to my other video that goes into detail about uninstalling Oculus files that may be hidden on your PC.
In this video I walk you through the installation process, account creation, and briefly show off Oculus' Home and Store front.
