Today at GDC, Oculus announced the Oculus Rift S, not then next generation of the Rift, instead a refinement of the existing rift. Not all aspects are an upgrade though, with a lower hz rate and a change to inside out tracking. Is this an upgrade... a sidegrade or an outright downgrade?
