If anyone could, somehow, TAS this trick to see if this trick can get you past the current, I would be very thankful. There's a weird trick in this game, where if you press A on a very specific frame, Stranger will jump on the water as if it's the ground. This jump is able to move you a little bit forward, so, in theory, if you could continuously jump on the water, you would get past the current altogether; however, this trick moves you through the water very slowly, so this trick may not be useful to use in a speedrun compared to other methods that can be used.
