It's time to d-d-d-d-d-duel! Here's Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul on the Game Boy Advance!
So this video is basically my first impressions of the game, so I'll tell you what I liked and didn't. I like that it gets you right into the game, and that it's pretty fast paced. The music was alright. The best part is that obviously it's the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG with the cards from the original set, which is one of the reasons I love the Pokemon TCG on GBC. It's stuff I'm familiar with.
Now, I know I only played one match but if you get asked questions as much as you do throughout the duel, that might kill it for me. It definitely slows down the pace of what should be a quick game. Also THAT background. Oooooooof.
It seems like this was the only release for this game, so if you want to play it you'll have to find a cart for yourself. I think they still make Yu-Gi-Oh! games so probably would be better to just find an updated version. Probably plays better too.
