Odoo 14 brings up a new feature in the Calendar module to synchronize Odoo Calendar with Microsoft Calender. Before synchronizing the calendar with Microsoft Calendar go to Settings-General Settings

Enable Office 365 Calendar and provide value for the client ID and client secret. Now save it and open the Calendar module. On the left side of the Calendar view a new option can be seen ‘SYN WITH MICROSOFT’, so when you click on it you will be redirected to Microsoft to authorize access to your calendar.
