RIM has peppered the blogosphere with their upcoming native Twitter client, and we have some playtime with it. Native shortcuts and application integration are there, along with all of the usual tasks like replies, direct messages, keyword searches, and trending topics. No support for lists or multiple accounts just yet. Due for public release in one month.
