Hi everyone i have returned with my m8s tv box,i have shimmed the soc and ram chiips.But for something more adventurous idecided to oil cool it in a tupaware snap shut box,i cut the corners to allow the cables out and added a 90mm zalman fan on a switchable mains plug stepped down to 7v.i placed the m8s in the tupaware box after both shimming and adding a 5v fan to the shim inside the box,i then cut the corners for the cables to fit with the lid down,and placed it in the tupaware box upside down and then poured vegetable oil inside the vents and around the unit finally all the oil had gone so i just used a little sunflower oil to bring it to the correct depth inside,iattached the 90mm fan after cutting a hole for it using a stanley knife and heating it with a lihghter as i went along i hot glued the fan on aposed to screwing it on as it kept cracking the plastic of the tupaware lid.it's very rudimentary i admit slightly crude but it does work,and the results are amazing stability tests and benchmark tests are coming in my next videos,so stand by for those.the video here is all messed up as i switched the angle of the camera phone during record which is a bad idea.i am currently trying to ammend it or i may redo the video and reupload it if i can't ammend it.
