Request Playthrough | Part 21: Catcall Tower & The Dragon Palace
We got much to do so let's do this.
First we tackle Catcall Tower. Let's just say that this is a trial to get to the top. Also I never knew that this is where you latch onto the wall by jumping into it. It's my first time playing Okami so what can you do. We do feed cats, a whole load of them. At the top we find another constellation and unlock the Catwalk ability. This lets us climb on certain walls once we find specific Cat statues. Oh and we got to do it twice in order to get a Stray Bead. Worth it.
We also face off against new enemies: Tengus. Not only that but due to other actions in the previous part, we help a chef work on a new meal. We also get a new ability, Cyclone. Back to our mission, we reach the Watcher's Cape and with a little bit of work, we open the way to the Dragon Palace. We also meet the Queen of the Dragonians, Otohime. Turns out they aren't the reason why the Water Dragon ran amok. It ran amok due to Omi Island's arrival. The Water Dragon fought against the evil forces only for it to suffer grave injuries and go insane. So the Queen wants us to enter inside the Water Dragon and recover what's causing his madness. That and recover the Dragon Orb as well.
Oh and we also help a dancing mermaid refill the pool they have. Not only that but we also unlock the Fountain ability. Basically it allows us to fast travel, making mermaid coins useless. How nice.
Part 22 will have us enter the Water Dragon but things just go from bad to worse.
