this is my walkthrough of the wii port of Okami: Amaterasu reveals Ninetails location and immediately confronts the demon lord. Ninetails reveals the real antagonist behind all the monsters Yami. Amaterasu crosses tails with Ninetails, Ninetails can only be damaged when it splits, this can be done once its attacks are avoided and Amaterasu strikes Ninetails glaive, She will then split some of her tails each taking on a humanoid form, they need to be exterminated quickly before they rejoin Ninetails. Be careful Ninetails can use brush techniques too her ink is red. 8 tails are defeated Ninetails reveals its true form: a tired old fox. she is much quicker so vengeance slip is recommended. After she falls Oni Island has been liberated Amaterasu proving to be too much for any demon

Japanese folklore: Ninetails is a kitsune which is japanese for fox, they are normally portrayed in stories as intelligent and possessing magical abilities. The more tails a kitsune has the more old, intelligent and powerful the creature is said to be, they can have as much as nine tails so Ninetails was in the most powerful stage of her life. What happened to Rao is called Kitsunetsuki, this is the process of possession, the target is always female and the kitsune enters through either the finger nails or breasts and since the gag that Rao is well endowed its likely she was possessed through that method, the victims face begins to look like a fox this can be said for Dark Rao

Okami truly is a beautiful game with japanese styled art and music, the controls at first are slightly difficult to master especially the combat in which you basically have to attack in a rhythm and the recognition for the celestial brush doesnt always work especially the bloom technique. The story is very compelling and one of the most original ive seen in a video game and the characters too are all very interesting and are also designed in a japanese styled way which i find very nice on the eyes.

The story takes place a 100 years later after The hero nagi and the legendary wolf shiranui battled and successfully defeated the eight headed serpent orochi but at the apparent cost of shiranui's life. with the revival of orochi the country of nippon has plunged into darkness however sakuya the wood sprite with the last of her power revived Okami Amaterasu the sun goddess an incarnation of shiranui to counteract the dark one. With her bug sized companion Issun Amaterasu battles unspeakable evil in her quest to restore Nippon to its former beauty, collect, learn and free all celestial brush techniques and to vanquish the darkness however it becomes clear the evil runs much deeper than what it seems

This is a general walkthrough of the game and i will pick up treasure and praise here and there to upgrade and purchase new weapons, i am human so i do make mistakes occasionally but ultimately i achieved what i set out to do and handled the bosses professionally if i do say so myself so enjoy and SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE!!!!
