This is my Donkey Kong Land III speed run in 37 minutes 14 seconds, as timed from file select to collecting the Bonus Coin in the K.Rool fight. This was done on the Japanese colour version on the Gambatte emulator.

Well, I guess I'm back! I realised there were a few more childhood games I hadn't done runs of yet. By that I basically mean this and DKL2.

This run's okay. Not particularly good or bad, just... okay. There's one really stupid death which hurts it a lot (in Deep Reef Grief), and I get lost in a few places, but I've only been playing a few days and the levels with the same motifs still confuse me a bit sometimes. But I'll get there. And besides, the category I really want to run is 103%, so there's more of this to come!

By the way, DKL3 wasn't released in colour... except in Japan. Hence the text. If you're wondering why I used this version: just try telling things apart at speed on the SGB palette. I dare you.
