V35 gave us some things that give a HINT of what is to come! Custom home screen (environments) that are not a hack but the ability to add them.

Quest 2 is getting better and better with each release... Get ready as the next release I BET home screens will be like wallpaper on your PC. Easy to change and no sideload needed. Mark my words... This will be a Quest store thing or APPLAB. No developer mode needed. That is my prediction.
