Update: Again beaten by dkPuls, gotta improve this one again.

Damn, that was hard. dkPuls had an amazing run a sick skip on that level. I did some additional optimizations on it, but even then this is incredibly tough to get. Even sub 16 could be possible, however just getting the skips is hard enough and such precise optimizations are not easy to do in the void at all. Hope you folks enjoy
