Olija #8 Finale/ Rant In The Description/ 5/10/ Will Not Play Again
0Honestly thought there would be more upgrades to the Spear than we received. The Spear got disrespected in its own game. TWO SWORD WEAPONS FOR WHAT?! Not only did they give us a second Sword weapon, but the Second Sword weapon WAS MANDATORY TO FINISH THE GAME AND NOT OPTIONAL. I'm fucking tired of generic ass swords getting shine all the god damn fucking time. It's bad enough to just have almost every action game use a sword as the default weapon of the main character, but to steal the shine and focus away from one of the only fucking times Spears become THE MAIN WEAPON of the main character is BULLSHIT.
I can go all day about the injustice that happened to the Spear so instead Imma talk about how this game was short as fuck. Less than 8 hours long, I'll even give you 9 hours if you want to find the collectables that do jack shit or farm some materials to have all the hats unlocked. Let's talk about how you can't really skip dialogue or long drawn out scenes where nothing is happening and you can't move unless it's an actual cutscene.
Of course I won't forget to mention how easy the game is. All the bosses went down like a cold drink of bottled water. Kirby's Adventure had more challenging bosses than this game and you actually got game overs.
I give this game a 5/10 because it's an average game like every other game that shits on Spears and love to use generic ass swords as important weapons because there isn't no other fucking weapon in existence ever. Also, this game gets a 5/10 because it joins a long list of games I wishlisted that ended up being a fucking disappointment.
Talk about getting 2020 vibes that still lingers in 2021.
