1. My giveaways are always worldwide. I post prizes by international airmail - no tracking, sorry, far too expensive here from NZ.
2. All my subscribers are eligible to enter.
IMPORTANT! You need to make sure that your subscription is set to "Public"! Otherwise I can't see whether you're subscribed - you're invisible if you're "private". When a user first joins YouTube, their subscriptions list is set to private by default.
If you need to check this, please go to your account, look for Settings - Privacy. There the "Keep all my subscriptions private" needs to be set to Off (greyed out - push slider to left). Don't worry - you can still keep all your private stuff private!
