0Mission 3: Destroyer of Ardor. Try to grab the Pride of Lion item,and the door to the Bridge outside will unlock. Cross it and examine the pedestal,then the bridge will be destroyed as you backtrack. This sends Dante down into the Abyss,where his HP is steadily drained. Quickly dispatch of the Sargasso Skulls,which is most easily done with the Shotgun. Once above water,have Dante climb above the door,then Stinger to the floating platform to obtain a Blue Orb. Back inside the building,you'll have to defeat the Boss Phantom to get the Pride of Lion. He has a few attacks,including spitting fireballs and creating pillars of lava. If you have Air Raid on Alastor,he can be cheesed pretty hard with Devil Trigger. After the fight,return to the Bridge and jump into the Abyss again to trigger Secret Mission 1: Critical Hit. You have to defeat a single Sin Scissor with a Crit. You have to time it just right to knock it's Scissors away and stun,then roll over to get a head shot. Do this,and you'll get a Blue Orb. There's also another Blue Orb just sitting at the end of the Bridge now. I also started Mission 4,but just to show how you can farm the Phantom chase there for some quick and easy Red Orbs.
