After finishing up at the Museum in Summers,Ness answers a phone call from a guy called Mr. Spoon in Fourside. Apparently he discovered something truly amazing for his own Museum,so we'll have to check that out soon. However,there's something else we'll tackle first. Make sure you have a couple Big Bottle Rockets,and also bring along that Bag of Dragonite if you got it from the Monkey Caves. A Large Pizza or 2 for full party heals may not hurt to have either. In Summers and the port town of Toto,you can now ask one of the NPCs there if you can use his ship. He'll end up taking you across the sea towards the town of Scaraba. However,along the way the boat ends up attacked by a vicious Kraken! This boss is VERY dangerous,having 2 different AoE attacks,uses lightning bolts,casts PSI Flash Beta,and can also neutralize stat changes and shields. Paula should nuke it with Freeze Gamma,Jeff use Big Bottle Rockets,and Poo should use the Dragonite. If you can manage to beat it,you'll gain access to Scaraba! The Big League Bat and Platinum Bands are MUCH cheaper here,and you can also buy a Crystal Charm and the Broken Cannon for Jeff.
