Rebecca has reached the Treatment Plant/Waterworks below the Umbrella Laboratory. She soon finally reunites with Billy,who had gotten carried all the way down here by the water. Good thing too,since we need him to help solve a box-pushing puzzle in the adjacent room. Gotta make a box bridge like in RE2,but with extra steps,to reach a Valve Handle. This unlocks a door near the Break Room,and it has Naked Zombies in it. Make sure to have the Shotgun and Grenade Launcher equipped on each character,since the next room has a pair of Hunters rush at you as soon as you enter. The next room is the worker's Sleeping Quarters,where you can Save if needed. More Naked Zombies a few rooms ahead,then you'll have to fight the Proto-Tyrant again when you go down a Lift! It can be stunlocked with the Shotgun,just so you know. Once defeated,you can activate a ladder nearby to find a Motherboard. You need this to activate a Gondola,and send Rebecca to adjust the Dam controls elsewhere. Here,you'll need to Mix a Red and Blue Chemical together to make Sulfuric Acid in Rebecca's Mixing Kit. This can be combined with Industrial Water to make Battery Acid,needed to fuel a nearby Battery. You'll need Billy's help to get the Battery off a high shelf however,so unlock the door nearby so he can cross over the Dam to get to her.
