Chapter 13: Finale. Kiryu has lost Fuma,but gained Sera's Will. As he returns to Kamurocho,he's taken right to Stardust to prepare for the battles ahead. You get 300k Yen,and a chance to move your items around and Save. As you leave,you'll find the town deserted. A bunch of Rioters have now swarmed around Kazuma,eager to claim the bounty on his head! You'll have to fight your way through several waves of various enemies. One of the big guys has a lot more HP than the others. When you hit the loading screen,you have one more wave to go through. Once they're all defeated,you'll have free access to the city once more. After opening the last of the Coin Lockers,we went to the Purgatory Underground for 2 final tournaments. These are the Hyper Tournament and the Magnum Force Grand Prix. The final opponent you'll face is...Sotaro Komaki?! The old man who taught you some of your best moves is here to kick your ass,and he's not pulling any punches! He'll wipe the floor with you if you play aggressively. Counters and parries are the way to go here,so you gotta be patient and defensive. I did eventually beat him!
