Released in the EU in 1997. Developed by TOSE and published by Bandai. Another DBZ fighting game on the PS1,but this one actually uses 3F models instead of sprites. This game is,slightly better than Ultimate Battle 22. But not by much. The controls are a little sluggish,especially when your character is trying to turn a different direction. I at least enjoyed it enough to beat the game,I remember the final Boss is Great Ape Vegeta Baby. This game does have Dragon Ball GT characters,including Super Saiyan 4 Goku as a secret character. I'm pretty sure this game was released before GT was ever even localized if I remember right. But yeah it's not great,but I remember thinking the power struggles with energy attacks were kind of sick.
