Omi's Video Game Vault: Dino Crisis 2 (PSN)
2Released for the Playstation 1 in 2000. Developed and published by Capcom. The sequel to Dino Crisis 1 essentially has nothing to do with the first game,except for the returning character Regina. It's an entirely different style of game as well. While DC1 was a survival-horror game,the sequel is more of an arcade shooter. Rack up combos by killing multiple Dinosaurs within a room. You'll get bonus points if you manage to not take damage in each room,and also minor points for Counters. Points are used at Save Stations to buy new Weapons and restock on Ammo,and I think later you can upgrade weapons maybe? The story is absolutely bonkers and you probably shouldn't pay it much mind. I know I didn't. Also,you play as both Regina and a guy called Dylan. Starting off as Dylan,played up to gaining control of Regina and buying the Fire Wall and Flame Launcher weapons.
