One Piece 25th Opening Featuring the Song The Peak by SEKAI NO OWARI - Theme Song Full Video!
0On September 3, 2023, the ONE PIECE anime debuted its 25th opening, featuring the song "The Peak" by the Japanese pop band SEKAI NO OWARI. This new opening marks a change from the previous opening, "PAINT" by I Don't Like Mondays, which had been in use since episode 1005 on January 9, 2022.
Prior to the episode's release, a teaser video and images for the new opening were unveiled. Additionally, the anime introduced a new ending theme, marking the first time in over 17 years that a different ending theme was used.
In episode 1074, titled "I Trust Momo - Luffy's Final Powerful Technique!" Luffy is depicted smiling and engaging with the Yonko, while Momo also receives some spotlight. This episode continues the trend of giving significant focus to key characters during their respective fights.
Episode 1075 of the anime is scheduled to be released on September 10, while the ONE PIECE manga is set to return from its break with the release of chapter 1091 on the same day. Additionally, Netflix released all eight episodes of the ONE PIECE live-action series on August 31, expanding the franchise's reach to a wider audience.
