*Alright, for those whom actually read descriptions. Man oh man, has it been a while since I've played mugen, but this is a special occasion. These days, as I'm sure you've noticed, there isn't much to look forward to. I praise those greatly whom actually put the work in to do large scale projects such as these. Link, Link Link!? Some of you, have no idea.. The sacrifices people make to do free fan projects.. Passionate people, inspire me! I'd love to see more of you do the same. Our idea is to make a whole One Piece Mugen, with the highest quality we can according to our strength. Another important idea that sustains the project is the importance that we give to all our material is "open sourse" (hence the OS of our name). We simply consider that the best way for more and more users of mugen to become programmers and designers is by no means restricting the use of our material. In addition to this, you will notice that many sheets, sprites and FX, are totally designed by us, do not come from official games and have taken many hours of work (ex: Franky, Nico Robin, Brook, Arlong, Kuro, Jabura, Garp, etc. ). However, that is not an argument to restrict the use. We hope that anyone who decides to use our material will arrive at a better product than ours and share it with the Mugenera community that spans the world! xD.
We would like to be able to anticipate that the game is going to be completed, and that it will have dozens of wonderful and unexpected things. The reality is that we can not ensure anything at the moment, but we will continue our methodology "char x char" and "stage x stage". Once we complete everything we consider "minimal", we will see how many things can be added to the game beyond the options and common modes of any mugen.
