Part 19 as Garp. Garp's moveset are mostly grappling techniques. His grappling moves does a ton of damage, but aren't safe from enemy attacks. You can use SSTT to quickly take out mobs, dash cancel afterwards to evade or attack the next group of enemies. You can use his grappling moves to take out officers and you can keep grappling them as long as their in the air to stop them from attacking you, but you will be expose to enemy attacks. Enjoy!
