We're back to our One Way Bay mini marathon! This episode features some future planning but mostly we are working on finishing up Riverston. We place a passenger train station in the district and place some nice parking areas around the station. Ideally, these parking lots will not be used often because most of the passengers should be able to use our awesome tram system to move throughout the district.

We upgrade the streets of the district to the one ways with trees. This both looks better and helps the properties deal with the sound that is generated from the leisure commercial buildings.

We also add a police station to the district. This station should deal primarily with the Riverston area but also extends it's influence out to the district of Suburbia. This station should also extend out into the future district that we have planned over across the train tracks.
