12.3 MP, f/2.0, EIS (gyro), phase detection & laser autofocus

Both the phones have similar software features , but results differe alot
Day light
In day light,
You really can't find the difference b/w these cameras until you compare them side by side. Pixel is better in most of the aspects like the color rep, dynamic range, focusing speeds(thanks to laser assisted focus in pixel), capturing speeds with hrd+ turned on and the sharpness of the picture. But the differences b/w these two cameras is very low.
Low light
In low light
You can find a huge difference between these cameras
where colors , white balance, dynamic range, exposure control, and the shutter speeds are much better than in op3.
you get brighter, sharper and much color full images out of pixel than in op3
In Pixel shutter lag in auto hdr+ mode is almost zero, I didn’t had to hold my hand still to pull out best images like in op
Front facing camera
The front shooter is "hands down" better in pixel.
Pixel has a wider lens than op3 which is a huge deal for me.
I don’t take a lot of selfie but when I do I want the best out of it
Pixel allows us to captures more details and makes room for more people in the selfies
Other than that pixel is better at the color rep and dynamic range which beat up op3 even more.
Rear video
While recording video
Even though op3 has ois, pixel footage was a lot better at stabilization.
Other than that pixel had better color rep, dynamic range and sharpness
which we might have not noticed if the video was stable in op3.
Front camera video
Video recorded using front camera is same as images,, Pixel was Best at everything and wider lenses help a lot
Conclusion
Op3 is not as good as pixel, but that doesn’t mean its bad camera, in fact pixel justifies it's price and op3 performs better that what you pay for .
