Let me introduce the characters for you (not in order), i have checked with their Kanji:
1. Kid with Eye Patch and Crescent Helmet is the infamous Date Masamune. He has a demon eye
2. Guy with green shirt is Hojo Ujiyasu, the father of Hojo Ujimasa
3. Girl with long black hair is Uesugi Kenshin, the dragon of Echigo . Although he is historically male, Capcom made him a female in Onimusha and made him look feminine with female seiyuu Romi Park in Basara.
4. The red guy with bull helmet is Takeda Shingen, the tiger of Kai
5. Guy with white anchor and white hair is Chosokabe Motochika, you can see the Basara influences
6. The archer girl is Tachibana Ginchiyo, the wife of Tachibana Muneshige
