I went into this with high hopes. soo many people have sung this game's praises that i genuinely thought i'd find something i'd like here. I didn't.

I admit that a reason why i didn't enjoy myself was not knowing what it was. i thought that it was a online game that had many different multiplayer modes and maps from the old Call of Duty games. hence why i thought that i'd find a mode that i would like. instead i found that i could only chose from two modes. i tried them both and didn't enjoy either of them.

But it wasn't just the game modes that i didn't enjoy. just using the app itself was more tedious than it needed to be. it felt old, bogged down by menus and unintuitive U.I. games like Overwatch 2 and Gundam Evolution both suffered the same thing but at least they offered a tutorial and explained things clearer. what was frustrating with Warzone was that it did offer a menu tutorial after i had played a couple of games. i was done with the game at this point.

I actually did delete Warzone from my PS4. It's not what i'm looking for from a multiplayer shooter. if i had an Xbox or a P.C with some power, i might give Halo a go. i want to play modes like Team Deathmatch but with a modern U.I and menu system. Splatoon 3 still sticks out as the most modern and user friendly game i've come across in this Online Saturday series.

Now Warzone is deleted, i've got the PS4 downloading Star Wars Battlefield 2. whilst i remember some aspects of it feeling old and suffering from the same poor U.I, i do remember it featuring the game modes i expect from a multiplayer shooter. it might even be next week's video.
