OO Gauge Model Train Running Session Video 8th June 2018 HD
Its my first model railway running session I have done since 2013. Here I am showing all of my model trains I currently have that are in OO gauge. The model trains are of a mix of British, Irish and Welsh trains that I have shown in this video that are all Diesel Locomotives in their own right apart from the last one in this video. I have used both of my DCC sound fitted Class 60's which are in both DB Schenker livery and I have left the sound on for those clips so you can listen to the locomotive sounds. I have added music from the YouTube Music Library for the rest of the non-sound model trains and I have included the two recent additions to my fleet at the end of the video in the last two clips. So therefore the cat has been let out of the bag in terms of idiom speech :). I will be reviewing those two trains in other separate videos that will come to my channel later on.
I am going to call this model train running sesstion "The Gemini Diesel Gala" as we are under the Gemini sign apparently.
Trains that are in the video
Hornby Class 60 Diesel Locomotive as 60008 in DB Schenker livery DCC Sound
Murphy Models GM 201 class Diesel Locomotive as 229 in the Intercity Silver/Two-Tone Green Livery
Murphy Models GM 071 class Diesel Locomotive as 078 in Irish Rail/Iarnrod Eireann Grey.
Hornby Class 60 Diesel Locomotive as 60011 DB Schenker with legomanbiffo DCC Sound and Bass Reflex speaker.
Murphy Models NIR GM 111 class Diesel Locomotive in Northern Ireland Railways blue livery as 112.
Hornby Class 60 Diesel Locomotive in DB Schenker livery as 60062 named as Stainless Pioneer with weathering.
Hornby Class 60 Diesel Locomotive in Colas Rail livery as 60087 named as CLIC Sargent (my birthday present I received)
Bachmann Wickham Type 27 Diesel Trolley Car BR Engineers Yellow (my second birthday present)
So there was a total of 8 model trains running on this running session and i will have more variety of rolling stock as soon as I get more passenger and freight cars. These are all my model trains I currently have at the moment. I am enjoying the gradual growth of my model train collection though for the time being. Just need to get myself some freight cars for the Class 60's especially.
The track I now use is the Kato UniTrack that is for HO scale but it works just fine with my British and Irish trains that are in OO gauge. I apologise for the repititve use of the passenger cars as these are all I currently have right now but I do plan to change this in the future.
