While this has been re-encoded three times, it is more or less at test of x264 ultrafast zerolatency's CPU usage before I run remote desktop.

Does higher bitrate increase CPU usage? Idk, it seems like ultrafast 1080p60 uses 8-10% of a 3600. Even if not my hardware.
3600 or equivalent CPU : 12-18% (MATE 0.2%, x264 10%, OpenArena 6%)
5700XT or equivalent GPU : 17% (Openarena 720p60 : 17%)

First game : 20Mbps; Second game : 10Mbps; Third game : 5Mbps
